1. What this platform is. KWS provides referral tooling: a personal link, marketing assets, click analytics and broker information. KWS is not a broker, not a financial advisor, and does not hold client funds. All trading accounts are opened directly with third-party brokers under their terms.

2. Referral links & the founder fallback. Your pages use YOUR broker referral links wherever you have saved them. For any broker where you have not yet saved a link, the platform founder's referral link is used as a fallback so your pages remain functional — this is disclosed in your console, and saving your own link replaces the fallback immediately. Commissions are paid by brokers under their own partner programmes; KWS does not intermediate or guarantee them.

3. Your responsibilities. You must comply with each broker's partner terms and the advertising / financial-promotion rules of your jurisdiction. No income guarantees may be made in your promotions. You are responsible for content you post, including blog reviews.

4. Risk warning. Trading leveraged CFDs carries a high risk of rapid loss and is not suitable for everyone. Nothing on this platform is investment advice.

5. Accounts. We may suspend accounts used for spam, misrepresentation, or breach of broker terms. You can stop using the service at any time.

6. Liability. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, KWS is not liable for broker actions, commission disputes, downtime, or indirect losses.
